Method:

Lay the White grouper Steaks on a plate, and marinate them with the orange zest and juice, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place a frying pan over medium to high heat and cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side. Then continue baking in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 8-10 minutes.

0.5 tsp grated Ginger

1 red Bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow Bell pepper, sliced
1 Zucchini, sliced
1 Carrot, sliced

300 g Baby Potatoes, skin on
4 tbsp Sunflower Oil

3.5 sprigs Fresh Thyme
Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook until tender for about 20 minutes. Let them cool and then, slice. Pour the sunflower oil into a frying pan and sauté the potatoes over high heat, season with salt and pepper, and add the fresh thyme. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
