Method:

Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook until tender for about 20 minutes. Let them cool and then, slice. Pour the sunflower oil into a frying pan and sauté the potatoes over high heat, season with salt and pepper, and add the fresh thyme. Cook for 3-4 minutes. |
