Method:

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oil. Add the salmon steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

After flipping them once, add the ginger and spring onion. Cook for two minutes, then add white wine. Allow the alcohol to evaporate, then add the soy sauce.

Once it boils, add the cornstarch mixture and stir gently until the sauce thickens.

400 grams Water

Rinse the rice well in a fine sieve. In a pot, add water, rice, the chamomile tea bag, and salt. Cook over medium heat until it boils, then simmer for two minutes, remove from heat, cover, and set aside.
