Visit a Blue Island Fish Markets for your fresh Sea Bass fillets 

Prepare all the ingredients:

1. Cook the vegetables with the sea bass

2. Prepare the oatmeal / quinoa 

3. Serve

Method of Execution:

Heat a pan over medium to high heat and pour the olive oil in it, fry the onion and leek until softened and add the zest and juice of the orange. Then season with salt and pepper.

As soon as they come to a boil, add the fillets. Finally, add the honey, close the lid and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

Serve with oatmeal or quinoa cooked in salted water.
