Squid with Noodles
Visit a Blue Island Fish Market for your cleaned squid.
Cut the squid into thin strips.
Prepare the remaining ingredients.
Cook the noodles.
Prepare the sauce.
Serve.
Execution Process:
Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil and sauté the garlic and spring onions until softened.
Add the squid and sauté over high heat for 3-4 minutes until it softens and begins to color.
Add the peppers, carrots, and mushrooms and stir well. Continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the mirin, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice, stirring well to blend the flavors.
Add the cooked noodles. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
Finally, sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve.
