Visit a Blue Island Fish Market for your peeled Prawns (tail on)

Prepare the ingredients:

1. Bread the Prawns

2. Prepare the garlic & herb Mayonnaise

3. Fry the Prawns

4. Serve with the Aioli sauce

Method:

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork. Season the prawns with salt and pepper and bread them with flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.

For the Aioli sauce

Pour the oil into a bowl, add the garlic, egg, mustard, vinegar and herbs and season with salt and pepper. Mix with a hand blender until smooth and homogenized.
