Visit a Blue Island Fish Market for your Fresh Salmon fillets

Prepare the ingredients:

1. Cut the Salmon fillets into small cubes

2. Prepare the tartar

3. Serve in the tartlets 

Method:

Place the Salmon together with the champagne, chives, zest and lime juice, orange juice, jalapeño, radish and salt into a bowl. Mix with a spoon and fill the tartlets.

Garnish with the fresh coriander leaves.

1 tbsp Chopped Chives
Zest and Juice of a Lime
Juice of 1/2 an Orange

1 Radish, chopped
Salt
20 leaves of fresh Coriander
