Sea Bass Tartare with Lime and Coriander served with a Tropical Papaya Salad
Purchase cleaned fresh Sea Bass fillets from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets
Get all the ingredients ready:
1. Dice the Sea Bass
2. Marinate the tartare
3. Serve
Method:
Dice the fish. Then put it in a container and add the zest and juice of the lime, lemon juice, olive oil, ouzo, coriander, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir gently and cover the container with cling film. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
Put the papaya, pepper and chives in a bowl. Add the olive oil and sea salt.
Put the papaya salad on a plate and the sea bass tartare on top.
Serve.
