Sweet Calamari with Wild Rice and Vegetables
Visit a Blue Island Fish Market for Calamari
Prepare all the ingredients:
1. Wash the Calamari
2. Cook the Calamari
3. Add the rest of the ingredients
4. Serve
Method of Execution
Rinse the calamari and leave in a strainer to drain.
Pour the olive oil into a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
When hot, add the spring onion and calamari and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring lightly to cook evenly.
Next add the orange zest and juice and simmer on low heat for 1-2 minutes. Season with some salt and pepper.
Finally, add the parsley and honey. Stir slightly and remove from heat.
Serve the calamari together with the wild rice and sticks of cucumbers, carrots and peppers
