Conchiglie Pasta with Prawns with Red Bell Pepper and Tomato sauce

1. Prepare the ingredients
2. Prepare the sauce
3. Cook the Conchiglie
4. Cook the Prawns
5. Mix all the ingredients
6. Serve
Method:
Pour the olive oil into a pan and sauté the garlic until soft. Add the bell peppers and tomatoes and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Add the basil, paprika, season with salt and pepper, cook for another 2 minutes and remove them from the heat. Transfer the mixture into a blender bowl and blend until smooth.
Pour the olive oil into a deep-frying pan and place over medium high heat. Sauté the spring onion until soft, add the prawns and mix. Cook for two minutes and then add the sauce and the conchiglie. Finally, add the chives and season with salt.
Serve.
