Visit a Blue Island Fish Market for your fresh Seabream Fillets  

Prepare all the ingredients:

1. Boil the potatoes

2. Bake the potatoes in the oven

3. Bread the sea bream fillets

4. Place the fillets on the baking tray

5. Bake

6. Serve

Method of Execution

Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes, remove from heat and once cooled, spread  on a baking sheet. Add some olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme and turmeric. Mix well and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 10-15 minutes.

At the same time, after making sure that there are no bones in the fillets, marinate  with the lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper, the remaining olive oil, garlic and parsley. Pour the oats in a shallow dish and bread the bream fillets in the mixture until the entire surface of the fish iscoated.

Remove the pan with the potatoes from the oven and cover them with the bream fillets. Sprinkle with a little olive oil and continue baking at the same temperature for another 10-12 minutes, until the fillets are golden brown.

Serve with fresh vegetables such as cucumber, cherry tomatoes and colored peppers!

4 Sea Bream fillets cut into 2 to 3 cm slices
4 Potatoes cleaned and cut into one-centimeter slices
1 pinch of Garlic powder or 1 clove of Garlic, crushed
1 glass Oats (half a glass ground in a hand blender)
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
2 tbsp Olive oil
4 sprigs of fresh Thyme
2 pinches of Salt
1 pinch of ground black Pepper
Zest of 1 Lemon
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Turmeric
