Sea bream with vegetables in baking paper
Visit a Blue Island Fish Market for your fresh Sea Bream fillets
Prepare all the ingredients:
1. Place the vegetables on the baking paper
2. Add the rest of the ingredients
3. Add the fish
4. bake
5. Serve
Method of Execution
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the vegetables, first placing the potatoes and carrot, and then the tomatoes and zucchini. Add olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Next place the bream fillets on top of the vegetables. Then, pour the lemon juice and close the baking paper in a small packet.
Place the tray in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200 °C and then open the baking paper and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
Serve.
