Asian Salmon with Noodles and Vegetables
Purchase fresh salmon fillets from a Blue Island Fish Market
Get all the ingredients ready
Marinate the salmon fillets
Cook the salmon fillets
Cook the noodles
Serve
Put the salmon fillets in a baking dish and marinate them with the soy sauce, Mirin, garlic, ginger and then stir. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180˚C for 15 minutes. At the same time, boil some water in a saucepan and add the noodles. Cook for two minutes. Put the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the salted vegetables until they are soft. Add the noodles and Hoisin sauce and stir. Then remove from the heat and serve with the salmon fillets.
The recipe can also be made with Sea Bass fillet or Yellowfin tuna fillet.
