Grouper Steak with honey and thyme served with green salad and black-eyed beans

Prepare the ingredients.
1. Boil the black-eyed beans.
2. Prepare the salad.
3. Cook the Grouper steak.
4. Serve.
Method:
Place the grouper steaks on a plate and marinate them with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium to high heat, add the olive oil, and grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove them from the skillet and place onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Continue cooking in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the black-eyed beans according to package instructions and gently mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl.
Serve the steaks with the green salad and the black-eyed beans.
