Pasta with Alalunga Tuna, Capers and Baby Spinach
Purchase fresh tuna fillets from a Blue Island Fish Market

Put the olive oil in a broad frying pan and fry the onions until they are soft. Add the tuna and stir. Then add the lemon zest, capers, lemon juice and stir again. Douse with the dry white wine and continue cooking until it has reduced by about half the quantity. Add the cream and season to taste with salt and pepper. At the same time, boil the pasta in a saucepan in salted water. When the pasta is ready, put it in the pan with the sauce, add the spinach, chopped dill and stir.
The recipe can also be made with Salmon fillet or Sole fillet.
