Purchase fresh premium salmon from a Blue Island Fish Market

Get all the ingredients ready:

1. Cut up the salmon

2. Prepare the sauce

3. Serve

Method:

Cut the premium salmon into thin slices of about two centimetres thickness and put them on a plate. 

Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender and blend them until you have a smooth mixture. Serve the sauce round the salmon and garnish with passion fruit, chilli and the black sesame.

The recipe can also be made with Yellowfin tuna fillet or Salmon fillet.

4 basil leaves

4 limes for juice
50 g Miso paste (soy paste)
