Spring Rolls with Salmon and avocado
Visit a Blue Island Fish Market for your Fresh Salmon fillets
Prepare the ingredients:
1. Marinate the Salmon fillets
2. Bake the Salmon Fillets
3. Wrap the Spring Rolls
4. Serve
Method:
Slice the salmon fillet into strips and place them into a bowl. Add the olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 8 minutes.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Pour some water into a bowl and use it to brush the rice paper sheets one by one. Fill with the lettuce leaves, avocado and salmon. Roll up, cut into pieces and serve with the sweet chili sauce.
