Striped red mullet fillet served with a Cool Summer Salad
Purchase fresh mullet fillets from a Blue Island Fish Market
Get all the ingredients ready:
1. Marinate the mullet fillets
2. Cook the mullet fillets
3. Make the salad
4. Serve
Put the mullet fillets in a plate and marinate them with the olive oil, dill, salt and pepper.
Stir all the salad ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat up a non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and put in the fillets with the skin facing down. Then cook for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and serve with the salad and cauliflower.
The recipe can also be made with Sea Bass fillet or Salmon fillet.
