Sea Bream fillets with saffron served with rice

Method:
For the sea bream fillets, start by mixing olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, saffron, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Lay the fillets on a cutting board and brush them with the olive oil mixture on both sides. Place two sprigs of thyme on each fillet and bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the saffron rice by placing a pot over medium heat and adding olive oil. Once heated, sauté the onion for about 3-4 minutes until it becomes translucent. Add the rice and stir for 1-2 minutes. Then, add the saffron and stir again. Pour in the water and bouillon cube. Once it boils again, lower the heat to medium, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. Finally, season with salt and black pepper, stir, and remove from heat.
Serve the sea bream fillets along with the rice.
