Tagliatelle with Salmon Fillet with Mustard, Honey and Spinach
Purchase the fresh Salmon fillets from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets
Get all the ingredients ready:
1. Chop the vegetables
2. Cook the tagliatelle
3. Make the sauce
4. Cook
5. Serve
Method:
Cook the tagliatelle in a pan of salted water, following the instructions on the packet.
Cut each salmon fillet into eight pieces. Fry them in a deep frying pan in olive oil for two minutes. Then add the spring onions, mustard, honey and season with salt and pepper. Stir gently and douse with the ouzo. Add the coconut cream and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Finally, add the spinach and tagliatelle and stir. Season with salt and pepper if necessary, and serve with the fresh basil leaves.
