Put the bream fillets in a pan and marinate them with the olive oil, curry, lime zest, salt, pepper and then stir. Then lay oven paper on a baking tray and place the fillets with the skin up. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180˚C for 8 minutes.
At the same time, put water in a pot and cook the vegetables. Leave them a little crunchy. Then put the olive oil in a frying pan and add the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and add the chives, stir and serve
Then pour olive oil into a saucepan and fry the onion until it softens. Add the spices, salt and pepper. Add the lime juice and douse with the wine. Cook over high heat until it is done and half of the liquid is left. Then add the coconut milk and cook until the sauce thickens. Finally, add the coriander and serve.
The recipe can also be made with Common bream (Fagri) fillet or Salmon fillet.
