3. Bake the sea breams
4. Prepare the sauce
5. Serve
Method
Drizzle the sea breams on all sides and inside their bellies with the lemon juice and set them aside for 30 minutes. Place the potatoes, onions, and lemons into a large bowl. Season with salt, and pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Mix and lay them on the base of a baking dish. First, lay the onions, then the potatoes, and then the lemon slices. Add the garlic and pour the juice from the bowl over the vegetables. Pour the wine into the dish on one side and bake the vegetables in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Dry the sea breams well using a paper towel and sprinkle them all over and inside with the remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and place thyme and rosemary into their bellies. Place the sea breams on top of the vegetables and continue baking for another 30 minutes.
For the garlic and parsley sauce:
Pour the olive oil, salt, and pepper into a small bowl. Stir with a whisk until the salt dissolves. Add the parsley, lemon juice, and garlic. Mix the sauce well and pour it into a small bowl.
