Salmon Croquettes

Purchase fresh Salmon fillets without the skin from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

Get all the ingredients ready: 

1. Make the croquettes

3. Serve 

Method:

Put the salmon, spring onions, ouzo, egg, breadcrumbs, dill, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir well. Make small patties of about 50 g each. Cook them in a non-stick frying pan, using 1 tablespoon of olive oil, for about 3 minutes on each side.

Serve on a bread roll with lettuce, tomato and sweet and sour sauce.
